Jacob is the driving force behind Eastgate Equities, a Jerusalem-based and globally minded real estate venture that bridges hospitality, investment, and lifestyle. With a gift for connecting people and uncovering creative opportunities, he specializes in structuring joint ventures that turn vision into value. Rooted in Jerusalem yet expanding far beyond, Jacob is building an ecosystem where rental hospitality, property management, and real estate development come together - creating spaces and partnerships that elevate the way people live, travel, and invest.
Legal Director
As Legal Director, Avner oversees all legal and compliance matters across our real estate ventures. With deep expertise in property law, contract negotiation, and deal structuring, he ensures that every transaction is executed with precision and transparency. Beyond managing risk, Avner plays a key role in shaping strategic partnerships and guiding the company through complex acquisitions and development projects.
Construction Manager
As Construction Manager, Alex oversees everything from day-to-day maintenance to full-scale renovation and development projects. With a hands-on approach and strong technical insight, he ensures that every property meets Eastgate’s high standards of quality, efficiency, and design. From small fixes to complex builds, Alex brings reliability, precision, and problem-solving to every stage of construction.
